Director of Revenue Cycle

Position Summary: The Revenue Cycle Director is a key leader in the organization who works collaboratively with other leaders on revenue cycle performance to meet strategic goals and develop guidelines, policies, and procedures through use of data analysis to optimize performance of the healthcare revenue cycle. The Director will support and participate with leadership in facilitating processes, systems and procedures to ensure compliance, and respond to changes in the healthcare environment that impact revenues. This leader is passionate about the mechanics of successful payer collections and seeks innovative solutions to optimize performance and increase efficiencies.Work Experience: Five to seven years of management experience in revenue cycle operations, with the ability to be strategic while remaining attentive to detail. Experience may be substituted for education on a year to year basis.Education, Certification and Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
