What You’ll Do:
Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our apartment communities
Handle service requests including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Complete unit turns (make-readies) to prepare apartments for new residents
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of mechanical and property issues
Ensure properties are safe, clean, and functioning efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in property maintenance, renovation, or skilled trades
HVAC certification and hands-on experience are required
Unsupervised Proficiency in general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and repair work
A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong work ethic
