Need 3 or 4 man Home Remodel Crew

Need a Crew with Foreman to run his own guys Remodeling apartments.Like to meet this week on site. Work scope is remove old vinyl baseboard and cut 1x6 baseboards (no 45's). Patch,paint, and caulk . Add 3 undermount cabinet light with new switch off GFI in kitchen. Add flush mount light to ceiling taking power off old light 3' away.( 1 fish stick). Add Backsplash Herringbone on 45 but they're on mats. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and 1 in all living rooms.Patch, caulk, and paint. Rest is peanuts like door stoppers , window locks,etc for home inspections. Don't need a license it will fall under mine with the right crew. Negotiate pay on site. Will give a set price per unit and it's up to you to complete. B1 units are 2/2 and C2 units are 3/3. I'm leaving to Texas to start another Apartment complex after closing and would like a good crew turning Apartments still here in Tuscaloosa
