Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, fashion-forward individuals with a passion for menswear to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. You will assist customers in selecting suits, ensuring a personalized shopping experience, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers, providing expert advice on suits and accessories
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, styles, and trends
Process sales transactions and handle returns
Assist in fitting and measurements to ensure the perfect fit for each customer
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store success
Qualifications:
Prior retail or sales experience preferred (especially in fashion/menswear)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for fashion and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
