This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for someone experienced in recruitment or talent sourcing.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates for remote customer service roles using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
Post engaging job ads to attract talent.
Screen applicants to ensure they meet basic qualifications and align with company requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by proactively sourcing and nurturing talent.
Identify strategies to improve the conversion rate of applicants to active agents.
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing efforts and candidate progress.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (1-3 years preferred).
Knowledge of job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage potential candidates.
Ability to analyze sourcing and conversion metrics to refine strategies.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing channels.
Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
