Maintenance Technician-
We are seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician for our apartment community.
As a Service Technician, you will create an environment where people will want to live. You will maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and good working order while providing superior customer service to your residents.
Duties include:
Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in the apartment homes, exterior and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools
Prepare apartments for new residents in a timely manner following company standards
Perform daily maintenance of property grounds for excellent curb appeal
Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Property Manager
The candidate must be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills.
Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation and have a source of reliable transportation.
Must supply own drill set

Required experience:
Maintenance Technician: 3 years
Apartment maintenance experience is required.
HVAC Certification will be required within 90 days of hire if not certified prior to start date.
Course funding will be at company’s expense.
