Overview and Essential FunctionsSummary of Position: A successful Office Coordinator shall process daily, weekly, and summary production reports from employees and contractors for input into the accounting/payroll systems; provide administrative support by performing data entry duties, such as; verifying data and preparing materials for input and printing. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. Essential Functions: In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience: the ability to work safely, with or without supervision; the ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing; the ability to organize workload to determine priority of duties; excellent manual dexterity; the ability to answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages; Responsibilities: Completion of low level tasks in support of an assigned department/project. Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project. Create, update, validate and forward various forms of communication to internal and external recipients. Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project. Additional Duties as assigned.QualificationsWho we're looking for Prior work related experience. Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.) Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written. Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check. Workplace Environment and Physical Demands: To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions.
