Additionally, you must have a positive attitude and a strong passion for working with children and taking part in their growth and development.
· Job responsibilities:
Supervision: Keep all children in sight at all times and provide quality care every day.
Health and Safety: Be aware of your surroundings and report or correct unsafe conditions if you find them. Keep rooms clean and organized.
Positive Guidance: Use only positive child guidance strategies and redirection to instruct children.
Licensing: Practice compliance with state licensing and accreditation regulations.
Teaching: Implement our curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique learning style.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
CPR/ First Aid
Working Knowledge of early childhood education
Must be physically and mentally able to provide a daily routine care for children.
Must be able to properly supervise children by sight and sounds. Must be able to react quickly when safety concern arises in an emergency.
Mask, gloves and sanitizing and disinfecting products are provided per state health and CDC guidelines
