The hours of training will be 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, where perfect attendance will be required for completion.Hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.Your future duties and responsibilities: Respond directly to customer bids Qualify customer needs & services availability Pull pricing & generate proposals Ensure signature of contracts Maintain all communication and records Ensure engagement and proper handoff to all supporting client agentsRequired qualifications to be successful in this role: Must possess high school diploma or GED Client-focused and service-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to interact professionally with clients Flexibility to work on client's priority Positive “can-do” attitude Ability to actively listen and respond in a positive, empathetic manner Navigating and understanding multiple computer screens Multitasking Learn and retain large amounts of information“CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
