Safely operating machinery and adhering to safety protocols.
Reading and interpreting factory orders to set up production tasks.
Utilizing basic shop math, including accurately reading tape measures and gauges.
Conducting consistent quality inspections of products to ensure standards are met.
Completing quality and administrative document checks accurately.
What's Needed?
Stable work history with a good attendance record.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
