Quality Home Time of 3 nights every week (Fri, Sat, Sun):
-100% of our drivers are home every weekend, sleep in your bed 3 nights a week
-Drivers can take the trucks home, domiciled out of your home location
-Home time the ENTIRE WEEKEND (Over 48 hours - Friday evening until Monday morning)
Comprehensive Benefits:
-26 paid days off first year and benefits including insurance start your 1st day - WOW

-10 paid Vacation days starting at $120.00 per day, time off pay increase after 1st year

Compensation:

- .02 CPM annual increase every year with positive review reaching the CPM cap by end of 4th year.
Performance Compensation:
-Mileage plus stop pay (loaded and empty miles paid the same on practical mileage from zip to zip)
-1 pick 1 drop loads 99% of the time
-A large percentage of freight is drop and hook
-Quarterly Safety bonus and additional $50.00 clean inspection bonus
-2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with APU's equipped with Prepass and EZ pass.
-PAID COMPANY SMART PHONES WITH DATA PLAN

Must have:
-Class "A" CDL
-3 years of verifiable OTR experience
-Good safety record
-Pass DOT physical and drug screen
-Meet all DOT requirements
