Work for the largest 3D printing facility in the US ResourceMFG is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician. This is a Direct Hire position. Benefits include company provided disability benefits, 401k, and HSA with company contribution!The Facility Maintenance Technician performs custodial maintenance duties including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, cleaning and restocking restrooms, breakrooms and offices, general maintenance to the facility grounds, and basic facility maintenance.The Facility Maintenance Technician will:Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.Maintain facility grounds including trash pickup, painting, and weed control.Run errands for supplies as neededClean restrooms and restock paper and soap supplies.Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and suppliesChange HVAC filtersChange light bulbsLoad and unload shipments as neededEmpty trashDusts and mops floorsThe Facility Maintenance Technician requirements:High School Diploma or GED1 year basic Maintenance experienceValid Driver's LicenseElectrical/ HVAC experience highly preferredBe able to lift, carry up to 50 poundsThis position is for 1st shift.Join this State-of-the-Art Company!
