Looking for dependable, caring, relatively physically fit individual to provide care for my 28 year son in my Franklin home. My son is sweet, loving, goofy and funny most of the time. However, due to autism and intellectual disabilities, he does occasionally exhibit some behaviors. Extensive training and support on behavior plan is provided. Duties include:
companionship, supervision, some help with activities of daily living, recreational activities and helping mom take him on community outings. Must pass background check, become CPR certified, and complete a few online training courses. Non-smoker only. I am looking for someone 2 to 3 days a week and have some flexibility with days and hours. Looking for someone for whom this position will work for at least a year, if possible.
