Experience in shipping is preferred
Must be willing to work all hours scheduled; Monday to Friday occasional Saturday
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, SAP
Must be capable of performing simple math; add, subtract, multiply and divide
Operate a forklift, Raymond, and pallet jack
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Must follow safety rules and determine safe from unsafe work practices.
Must possess the ability to communicate and/or read and understand documents such as safety rules, work rules, HACCP regulations, policy, and/or procedure manuals
Must be able to perform the following essential functions with or without accommodations
Picking, updating, and releasing all outbound deliveries
Receiving & printing pallet labels (when needed) for all inbound deliveries
Daily continuous cycle counts
Research inventory discrepancies
Other duties as required by management and supervision
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work for long hours in a food processing environment, where it is wet, damp, and cold. Temperatures are frequently around 34 degrees, and employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays
Repetitive motion includes full extension of arms to shoulder height
Repetitive elbow, wrist, hand, and finger motion
Job includes standing and/or walking distances for duration of shift
