Responsibilities Include:
- Regular trash pickup and ensuring the property is clean.
- Collecting monthly rent from tenants (with a 1% bonus for every rent dollar collected!).
- Landscaping and ensuring the property looks its best.
- Coordinating with contractors for snow removal, trash disposal, and other services, ensuring work is done satisfactorily.
- Monitoring and maintaining proper temperatures in spaces as needed.
- Seasonal maintenance, including winterizing and summer-izing spaces.
- Facilitating vendor showings and confirming task completions.
- Assisting with prospective tenant showings.
- Maintaining upkeep of vacant spaces.
- Coordinating repairs with Wilson Sarmiento as necessary.
Compensation:
- $400/month base pay.
- 1% commission on all rent collected monthly.
Requirements:
- Must be insured.
- Must have all equipment necessary to fulfill this job
- Previous property management or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
