Responsibilities include but are not limited to positive customer relations and marketing, physical inspections, all phases of leasing and resident retention, accounts receivable, management of all contractors and on site staff of 7 employees. Must have basic computer and accounting skills including Word and Excel.
Must have a valid drivers license, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must have reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
