About Us:
Lexington is a dynamic and growing property management company committed to providing exceptional living experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant for our apartment community in Montgomery, Alabama.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to convert them into leases.
- Prepare and complete lease agreements and related documents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential tenants.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market surveys to stay informed about competitive rental rates.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus we use Rent Manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be bilingual
