Restaurant Help Needed at Alabama National Fair
Seeking:
A. Front of house - (customer service/cashier/expeditor). Must be able to work all 10 days of show and full shifts. (Shifts: 6-8 hours).
Must have exceptional communication skills. Must not be shy. Able to professionally engage with customers, talk on microphone and handle customer service requests and issues. Bilingual preferred (must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus)
B. Prep cook - must have strong food/prep experience. Slicing & dicing produce & proteins by hand. Prepare sauces, dressings & rice by following specific recipes.
Work independently to a detailed prep/par list. Flexible hours.
Requirements
1. 18 years or older
2. Reliable transportation to and from venue
3. Drug, Alcohol & Drama Free - Zero Tolerance! You will be drug tested and a criminal background check performed.
Phone interviews begin immediately. In person interviews and hiring Wednesday, Oct 2nd. Work starts Friday, Oct 4th.
