OMNI holds General Contraction License and Engineering Authorization in Alabama and General Contractor in Louisiana.
Typical work done by OMNI includes:
Piping – Industrial Process and Utilities – Various Materials of Construction – Primarily Carbon and Stainless Steel welded pipe using TIG, SMAG (Stick), GMAW, and Flux-Core, processes to ANSI B31.3 Code using certified procedures by certified welders.
Mechanical – Process and utility equipment handling, repair and modification, rigging and setting, alignment and anchoring.
Equipment – Construction Equipment of all types are used by experienced and trained personnel. Training for new employees will be completed as needed.
OMNI is hiring for projects in Alabama and Louisiana schedule to run through mid-year 2024.
Now hiring to fill immediate needs:
Piping Fitters/Welders – Helper to Journeyman, pipe fabrication at OMNI shop, all aspects of pipe preparation, fitting and welding.
Pay commensurate with experience, equal opportunity employer. Overtime expected and per diem for out of state work. New hires will pass drug test and undergo safety training and certification. Omni will support employee developing needed skills and pay for testing.
