We are a rapidly growing local Mobile Home Park looking for handyman and General Contractors to add to our vendor network team. We will have a large number mobile home rehabs needing to be done over the next 24 months.
Applicants must be knowledgeable in most areas of remodeling: drywall patching/texturing, light carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, appliance installation, and general repairs.
Previous experience repairing mobile homes is preferred, but not required.
You must have your own tools, valid drivers license, and reliable transportation. The ability to use a smartphone or computer to email pictures of work completed is required.
