Compensation / Offering 2 bedroom Mobile Home Living Arrangement and $1000 / month
Scope of Work
- print and post notices
- take and send photos with phone
- inspect renovation / take - send pictures
- instruct tenants in rule violations
- show vacant properties
- clean vacant / rent ready property
- monitor community
- monitor lawn contractor
- make plumbing repairs as needed
- make light electrical repairs as needed
- make property repairs as needed
- make any required home repairs to make rent ready
- manage maintenance repairs / requests from tenants
- Manage on call emergencies
Verifiable experience required (minimum 5 years)
Credit score 650 higher
Able to past random drug testing
Prefer non- smoking
Verifiable 5 years rental history
