We are seeking an employee with experience in apartment and/or property management. Must have good communication skills, be flexible, reliable and organized. May work from home part of the time. Will have to be on various property sites to check compliance, set up vendors for maintenance and improvements, and attend board meetings. Will be required to send out community emails, create and operate within community budgets, and read/create financial reports. Prompt response to customer needs is essential.
