Hiring qualified House Manager IMMEDIATELY! Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Direct Care Staff in a group home setting. Will work closely with administrative staff. Applicant must be able to provide professional, compassionate & excellent care! Must have a High School diploma or G.E.D, pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen. Must be flexible, professional, mature, self-motivated, able to effectively manage staff, posses critical thinking skills, delegate general tasks to team members, & complete all assigned job duties & tasks. Must understand the importance of being a reliable & dedicated employee. Full time position with guaranteed overtime & bonuses.
