You'll dive into the intricacies of railroad operations, preparing to oversee conductors and locomotive engineers either at a rail terminal or within a road territory. During the intensive training program, anticipate approximately 25% travel.This position is based in our Southern Region, covering Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, and North Carolina. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field
Alternatively, 4 years of leadership experience in sectors such as military, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Military personnel with experience as a Railway Operations Crewmember (88U), Logistics Specialist, Embarkation Specialist (0421), Air Force Traffic Management Apprentice (2T2x1), and Machinery Technician (MK) are encouraged to apply.
