EVS Supervisor

Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Supervise all Environmental Services (EVS) functions and personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Ensure proper staffing for each shift and maintain quality standards in cleaning and sanitization.Manage EVS/Laundry supplies and equipment, including purchasing, inventory, and maintenance within budgetary guidelines.Conduct regular resident visits to ensure service quality and address any concerns promptly.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety protocols and emergency procedures.Participate in facility meetings and collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.Oversee the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring staff adherence to safety guidelines.Investigate workplace incidents, implement corrective actions, and provide necessary retraining.Prepare and submit reports to administration or EVS Director as required.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
