Must be able to pass drug test, and background check.Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed.Drive client and resident satisfaction scoresProvide a clean, safe environment for residents and staffAbility to collaborate with hospital staff within all departmentsThorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world class service.Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgetsREQUIREMENTS:3 plus years Director/management experience in a long term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading a hourly workforceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.Excellent communication skills
