Experienced HVAC tech

Looking for an experienced heating and air conditioning technician looking to work for a smaller HVAC company. You will be working independently with a team to provide technical and labor support. Must be mechanically inclined and not just looking to break into the industry. Must have own hand tools. Must have experience performing troubleshooting/ repair service; equipment changeouts and installations; preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial systems; people person comfortable with presenting info about equipment upgrades, maintenance agreements, indoor air quality accessories; on the spot sales with support for equipment and accessory upgrades. Must be current with computer and smart phone skills. (you need to be able to email, print emails and tickets, access google drive, our vendor app, as well as take and send pictures by text and email. Must have good driving record and be able to pass a drug test. This is work with a 45 years in business small company that turns big numbers and has a very loyal high end customer base. Pay is base hourly (25 - 35 dependent upon experience and skill level) plus commissions from equipment turnovers, preventive maintenance agreement sales and accessory sales. We have a very efficient program and seldom work after hours or on the weekends. Beneficial if you can drive a stick shift. We provide all the complex and heavy tools and equipment. We provide on the job training to bring you up to speed with the latest and best practices.
