Attention Customer Service Representative
AutoGlassNow is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
Job Duties:
Working in a sales/results-oriented environment
Answering inbound and outbound calls
Providing excellent customer service to all callers
Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
Requirements:
At least 1+ year experience in a call center/ phones
At least 1+ year experience in retail/sales, or other customer service environment
At least 1+ year experience in auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
High School Diploma (or GED required)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
