Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is looking for you to join our team as a Principal or Sr. Principal Cyber Systems Engineer (Lead) based out of Huntsville, Alabama on the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) Poland contract, a US Army foreign military sale to Poland for its medium-range air and missile defense programme. IBCS integrates disparate radars and weapons to construct a far more effective IAMD enterprise. IBCS delivers a single integrated air picture with unprecedented accuracy and broadens surveillance and protection areas. By implementing IBCS, Poland will transform its IAMD capabilities in a manner consistent with the U.S. Army. Join Northrop Grumman as we provide innovative systems, products, and solutions for autonomous systems, cyber, C4ISR, and logistics and modernization to customers worldwide. As a core member of the Infrastructure Integrated Product Team (IPT) you will: - Leads cyber team ensuring RMF and STIG compliance of multiple information systems (Windows and Linux). - Lead a team of four and will be responsible for the compliance and reporting of program information systems. - Report to management on compliance status of information systems. - Maintain system documentation, POA&M, and variance lists for each information system. - Work closely with Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to validate information system compliance and RMF controls - Work closely with other team leads to ensure resources are utilized across teams (labs, product).

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) - 9 Years Experience as a Cyber Engineer; 7 Years with Masters - 5 Years Experience as a Cyber Engineer; 3 Years with Masters - Demonstrated leadership and organization skills - Experience in assessing and remediating RMF controls and control families - Security+ Certification - DoD 8500 Computing Environment Certification - Additional Technical Certification - Strong understanding and background in Scanning, Patching, and Remediation - Knowledge of RMF controls, POA&M findings, variance lists - Excellent decision making and communication (written and oral) skills - Strong work ethic and the ability to work in an integrated product team environment - Interim Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Full Secret Clearance - Experience in Nessus, SCAP, and WSUS - Experience in Windows GPO, McAfee EPO, and Ansible - Strong skills in Linux - Experience in VMware ESXi - Experience in Splunk - Experience in Cisco Stealthwatch Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
