We are seeking a skilled and motivated Window Cleaning Technician with proven experience in commercial and high-rise window cleaning. Candidates with rope descent system (RDS) and pressure washing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team setting, and values safety, professionalism, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for both commercial and residential properties
Execute high-rise window cleaning using ladders, lifts, and rope descent systems (RDS)
Conduct roof and gutter cleaning and pressure washing as needed
Safely use all tools and follow OSHA safety protocols
Represents with professionalism and respect when interacting with clients
Maintain company equipment and keep the work vehicle organized
Follow job schedules and complete tasks efficiently and on time
Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of professional window cleaning experience, commercial required
High-rise/RDS experience strongly preferred
Pressure washing experience preferred
Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and using safety harness systems
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic are a must
