Maintenance Technicians can expect to earn $17/hr - $20/hr. EPA (min level II), plumbing, electrical and pool certification (CPL) a HUGE plus!
The maintenance technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of the property and apartment units including plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting and drywall. Maintenance
Technicians also perform routine/scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
Must be available for emergency calls after hours and weekends.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year residential and multifamily maintenance or related experience
HVAC/EPA Certification (higher pay)
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have a reliable transportation
Must have your own tools
Posted pay range is negotiable.
