Vacancy caducado!

Just blindly submitting a resume without answering the questions at the bottom means an automatic denial. Read through the description if this intrigues you, and give me a few thoughtful answers. Thank you for your time.

Our restorative health and wellness clinic is looking for a team player to help with procedures, organization, and growth. In order to provide the best health care for clients, we need a team that works together on the bigger picture while attending to details.

I need someone who is great with people, super smart, passionate about health and wellness, a team player with a great attitude- someone looking to grow personally as well as professionally. I want someone who, when they encounter an obstacle, they want to find a way around it, through it, over it and under it, etc. We need someone who is detail oriented, has a very high standard of excellence and wants to make the world a better place, enriching lives of others along the way.

I want someone who is willing to grow, someone teachable, determined, and likes to share ideas to improve the function of the team overall.

First priority is being extraordinary with patient communication and teamwork, a problem solver. Secondly, there is a need for someone strong in social media and networking. As I focus on patient care, I am needing a team to make the logistics and running of the office happen as flawlessly as possible, which in turn will decrease my load.

Character traits (These are a MUST):

Detail Oriented

Problem solver

Get it done attitude

Self-disciplined

Caring Demeanor

Committed and Determined

Positive Attitude and Solution Oriented

Excellent Team Player

Continual Learner

Humility

Health Conscious

Must Not:

Be satisfied with “good enough”

Baggage Carrier: carry personal baggage and issues into work that prevent you from showing up with your game face on. Yes, occasionally stuff happens, but it cannot be frequent.

Time puncher: This is more than a job/business to us. We want to change the world and make it a better place while impacting the health of our patients, community, and world. We are making a difference, and you will be the magnifier of that voice. If you don’t care enough, your potential will be diminished, we will receive far from the best from you, and your attitude will have a direct impact on the difference we make.

No Excuses: I don’t want to hear the story of why things didn’t or can’t get done. Let’s find a way to make it happen.

Waste Time: The amount of things to accomplish are great in number. Managing your time in order to finish the tasks at hand and stay on top obligations is non-negotiable.

Roles: You will have many different job tasks with this position, including but not limited to:

Patient intake and screenings

Scheduling and handling patient appointments and care plans.

Responding to patient correspondence

Managing patient accounts and collections

Verifying insurance, posting payments, tracing insurance claims

Communicating between the doctor and patient

Running errands that are office related

Weekly trainings and team meetings

Providing support for patient care with the doctor

Being a pediatric strong clinic, you must be willing to help with children as parents are receiving care.

Other Needs/Wants:

The ability to travel domestically for trainings on the weekends, usually 1-2 times per year.

Reliable transportation.

Reliable child care

Social media savvy is a definite plus.

Tech savvy is a plus. Creating documents, spreadsheets, etc.

I want someone who would want this position long term- a team member.

Your salary and pay and hours:

Starting pay will be hourly based on experience. Bonuses will be available as goals are achieved.

You will work typically closer to 36 hours/week. Some weeks you may work more, some less. I am protective about time off and downtime so I will seek to do the same, however, if something’s on a tight deadline, I will expect that you’ll work longer hours if it wasn’t able to be accomplished earlier.

You will have paid vacation days for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Any other holiday in which we closed will be paid as well and usually fall every other year.

Interviews could happen as early as November 15th.

Questions (Please respond with answers otherwise automatic no-go)

1. What intrigues you about this opportunity?

2. What caught you off guard about the description or are your concerns?

3. Tell me about a time when you’ve really crushed it in a project or job.

4. What’s your Myers Briggs profile? Strengths Finder? DISC? (If you don’t know these, that’s ok as we will take care of that later).

5. Describe some companies or products you really love and why.

Please send responses to questions with resume.
