Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Study and memorize current menu, specials, 86’d items, etc.
Present menus, suggest/assist in drink selections, inform guests of menu item details, communicate orders to BOH
Maintain CSF customer experience, deliver food/beverage, and fulfill customer needs, using classic table-side skills
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payments, and return change
Perform cleaning tasks as needed (opening & closing checklist)
Greet ALL guests warmly with an appropriate greeting
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently as described in Employee Handbook
Knowledge and application of correct dining procedure for alcohol consumption/purchase
Be ready and willing to assist other servers as needed
Keep restrooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly
Basic knowledge of food/beverage presentation, preparation, and handling
Process payment and operate POS system
Ability to work in standing position for long periods of time
Ability to lift/maneuver boxes of liquor and ice bins (up to 25 pounds)
Wine & Spirits knowledge a PLUS!
