BryceTech is seeking a Systems Architect to provide advisory & assistance services (A&AS) to support a major defense program, focusing on Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition life cycle planning and Space Force systems.  The ideal Systems Architect for Golden Dome would have deep expertise in designing resilient, scalable space system architectures that span space, ground, cyber, and communications domains, with specific experience in national security or classified space programs. They should be proficient in enterprise and mission-level architecture development, modeling and simulation, and requirements decomposition, with the ability to align technical solutions with strategic operational goals.   The Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP) (SSC/SZ), Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) (SSC/BC) provides highly classified Space Domain Awareness (SDA) systems, Defensive and Offensive Space Control (DSC/OSC) capabilities, and space test range assets to meet current and projected DoD operational requirements. SSC/SZ-BC develops, integrates, tests, deploys, sustains, and supports operations for systems that meet strategic and tactical operational needs. This mission area requires personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments.  Key responsibilities include: End-to-End Architecture Development: Design and maintain a resilient, scalable architecture that integrates space, ground, cyber, and communications systems to support Golden Dome mission objectives. Requirements Decomposition & Traceability: Translate high-level mission needs into architectural requirements and ensure traceability across system components and stakeholders  Modeling, Simulation & Trade Analysis: Develop architecture models and conduct trade studies to assess performance, resiliency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of alternative designs. Technology Integration & Roadmapping: Identify and incorporate emerging technologies, ensuring architectural flexibility to support rapid insertion and future growth. Cross-Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate across government, contractor, and mission partner teams to ensure architectural alignment, interoperability, and technical cohesion across all domains.
