Job Title: Sr. Executive Administrative Analyst Location: Huntsville, AL (On-Site) Canvas is seeking a Sr. Executive Administrative Analyst to support our DEVCOM AvMC contract! Duties:

Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for AvMC leadership. This includes handling all logistical aspects of meetings like conferencing, agendas, and minutes.

Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the leadership, managing correspondence, filtering emails, handling inquiries, and when necessary, directing communications to appropriate staff members.

Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects by tracking progress, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and briefs. This includes editing for accuracy, style, and conformity to organizational standards.

Event Planning: Organize events, conferences, and off-site meetings, including all logistical support and material preparation.

Security: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure all documentation complies with security protocols required by the Secret Clearance.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data to prepare papers for review and presentation by executives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Effective Communication and interpersonal Skills, both written and verbal.

Strong Analytical skills and ability to interpret.

Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Experience in project management or coordination desired.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
