Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Analyst that will support depot level missile program production efforts. In this role, you will develop industrial Workflow Requirements Analysis for radar systems such as the Sentinel A3 & A4 and LTAMDS, as well as launchers and missiles for the PATRIOT, LTAMDS, THAAD, and Hellfire. You will be operating in a fast-paced environment and engaging with various levels of stakeholders to ensure the production plans are capable of meeting program requirements. On a typical day, you can expect to participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT) with depot personnel; conduct site visits to understand the current production environment; engage with the respective program management offices to assess depot support requirements of the respective systems; detail the industrial process workflow for each weapons system; and recommend improvements to that workflow. Required:
Bachelors degree
15 years' experience supporting the production of missile systems and their associated equipment.
Familiarity with the IMCOM Space Planning Criteria Manual and depot level work requirements is preferred
Travel required
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
