Candidates will be fully invested in helping teams succeed over their own professional gain. Ideal candidates have a strong awareness of the role teams play in a scaled environment; avoiding local optimization that can be a detriment to the enterprise. You will be working in an environment where the products being developed are large, mostly desktop-installed, enterprise product suites that are deployed together. In this role you will be part of a community of other Scrum Masters and Coaches supporting our development teams.Responsibilities:

Provide information radiators and ensure project data is accurate

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, sprint reviews and daily scrums

Coach team members in Agile Principles and Values

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

Work with product owners to ensure Product Goals, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlogs and Sprint Goals are well formed and consistent with enterprise needs

Resolve conflicts and help remove impediments that occur

Help teams implement changes effectively

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Minimum Requirements and Skills:

Experience in a scrum master role on more than 1 team simultaneously

Familiarity with software development

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, story estimation, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Lean/Kanban)

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field

Scrum Master certification

Preferred additional Requirements and Skills

Experience helping with coordination of multiple teams

Can confidently teach scrum to others

Experience helping coach and teach other scrum masters

Has experience supporting/participating in Community of Practice/Guilds to increase learning opportunities

Good understanding of CI/CD practices and tools

Good understanding on managing large legacy codebases (C)

Experience with one or more ALM tools such as Digital.ai Agility, Atlassian’s Jira and Jira Align, etc.

Siemens Software. Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
