Provide scheduling support for the Science Projects Office. Develop schedules for projects and proposals utilizing NASA and industry standards and best practices. Provide updates, statuses, and maintenance inputs to the IMS. Conduct schedule health checks. Participate in weekly project meetings with project personnel and subject matter experts to gather schedule status information. Develop, status, report, and document schedules and metrics for program and project management. Provide schedule analysis and report schedule findings as required. Develop analysis of major projects within the program, including the forecasting and identification of risks, and develop recommendations to resolve identified risks.Experience Requirements: Desired 15 years of applicable experience Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis. Experience using Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.) desired. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Advanced experience using Microsoft Project. Experience with implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools. Experience with engineering process for building flight hardware a plus. Advanced understanding of GAO Best Practices for Project Schedules a plus. Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable.
