Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company, is seeking a Associate Quality Analyst to join our facility in Huntsville, AL The Associate Quality Analyst will perform a variety of documentation and data mining related activities including review and approval of hardware documentation packages and development and maintenance of analytical tools for process monitoring or investigative activities. Requires interfacing with multiple disciplines (quality, design, manufacturing, customer, and government personnel). Requires general use and application of quality concepts, practices and techniques in an electronic database focused work environment. Essential Functions
Analyzes hardware documentation to verify compliance with purchase orders, engineering drawings, processes, specifications, etc. Investigates discrepancies of received documentation and assists the cognizant QE in resolution. Assists with, and creates hardware acceptance documentation. Coordinates MRB activities for hardware and creates statistical analyses of various defects. Creates plans and procedures for, and manages the flow of, hardware build documentation through the build cycle. Assists in the corrective action process. Interfaces with internal and external customers (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, supplier, procurement) to ensure requirements are met.
Develops, maintains, and investigates analytical reports and dashboards in an Oracle Business Intelligence environment to provide real-time process health monitoring capabilities and detailed analyses in various subject areas, as requested by Quality Engineering or Q&MA management.
Acts as the focal point for tracking Non-conformance and Corrective Action Reports. Creates and maintains databases, queries and reports as required by management.
Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
