In this role, you will work closely with the Field Project Manager to manage project milestones, financial oversight, procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while acting as the first line of communication with customers and "our customer's best service provider." Value and Beliefs of this Role:The person in this role must provide world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities. This job requires a person who remains professional, organized, detail and task oriented, as well as precise, thorough, and collaborative. Responsibilities:Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs. cost reviews (WIP reviews).Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.Timesheet Expense COI Procurement.Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.Act as “our customer’s best service provider” by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, customer calls, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.
