Government program in Huntsville Alabama or the National Capital Region.ManTech's Department of Justice Division is seeking a strategic leader for the Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS) Services EDAS Portfolio. The role involves acquiring technical expertise to support IT networks, systems, and initiatives. The position is crucial for the success of FBI missions and requires specialized technical expertise in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe methodology will be used to align Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective work prioritization and successful delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential to modernize and enhance capabilities within the EDAS portfolio.Position Title: IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Data Warehouse System (DWS)Position Summary:The IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Data Warehouse System (DWS) team is responsible for maintaining the application that enables FBI users to view, search, analyze, translate, minimize, and share digital search and surveillance data from Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in near real-time. This role requires expertise in .NET, C#, JavaScript, Java, Perl, Oracle, API Architecture (SOAP/REST), Git, Solr, Bash Shell, Oracle Label Security, PL/SQL, Visual Studio Pro, and Selenium.Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the Data Warehouse System (DWS) application for FBI users to access and analyze digital search and surveillance data from ISPs.

Develop and maintain software components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, Java, and Perl.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Utilize Oracle database for data storage and retrieval.

Design and implement API architecture (SOAP/REST) for seamless integration with external systems.

Utilize Git for version control and collaboration.

Utilize Solr for efficient data indexing, search, and retrieval.

Develop and maintain Bash Shell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.

Ensure the proper use of Oracle Label Security for data protection and access control.

Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries and procedures for efficient data manipulation and analysis.

Utilize Visual Studio Pro for software development and debugging.

Implement automated testing using Selenium for quality assurance.

Prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and government representatives.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data warehousing and application development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, Psychology, or other related disciplines.

Minimum of ten to twelve years of experience in IT, with a focus on data warehousing and application development.

Strong knowledge and experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, Java, Perl, Oracle, API Architecture (SOAP/REST), Git, Solr, Bash Shell, Oracle Label Security, PL/SQL, Visual Studio Pro, and Selenium.

Proficiency in developing and maintaining software components using the aforementioned technologies.

Experience in working with large-scale data warehousing systems and complex data retrieval and analysis.

Familiarity with data protection and access control mechanisms using Oracle Label Security.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement solutions to complex IT challenges.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in IT or related fields are highly desirable.
