OverviewThe International Programs Operations, Policy, and Security Advisor will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) International Project Office (IPO) by serving as the focal point for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policy, functions, and security; and be the overall authority on FMS policy within the UAS PMO IPO. ResponsibilitiesThe Internationl Programs Operations, Policy, and Security Advisor shall be co=located with the UAS PMO IPO, report to the UAS PMO IPO Deputy Director, and perform the following duties:

Serve as the Principal Advisor for all matters of security within the UAS PMO IPO, including Foreign National visit requests, Operational Security (OPSEC), security training, and physical security; Serve as the central point of contact for the UAS PMO IPO processes for Controlled Unclassified Information, Security Classification Guide, Delegation of Disclosure Letters, and Program Protection Plan; Provide centralized security oversight of all personnel and related actions for the UAS PMO IPO; IPO liaison to the PM UAS Security Manager, and the PEO Aviation Security Office; Act as the functional proponent for all security-related documentation in and out of the UAS PMO IPO through management of the Workflow System; Develop, monitor, and sustain the necessary security documentation required by the PM UAS and higher agencies; Validate Visit Authorizations/Security Clearances for Foreign National personnel. Assist as required with handling/mailing of classified information and respond to security-related inquiries; Review all Security Policy Memorandums, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) actions for the UAS PMO IPO; Review documentation, slides, and information prior to release.

Participate in UAS PMO IPO internal/external meetings, as required.

When directed, represent the PM UAS in all matters of FMS Policy and procedures; Oversee and coordinate FMS policy and procedures for FMS Case

Oversee and coordinate the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Review process.

Update information to the Defense Acquisition Executive Summary/ Selected Acquisition Report (DAES / SAR), as required.

Provide advice to senior leadership; Provide FMS policy guidance and oversight to the Director, IPO and PM UAS.

QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:

BS degree.

5+ years of experience.

Knowledgeable of U.S. Army and DoD security regulations, policies, and procedures.

Adept in U.S. Army writing styles and the ability to author, review, and edit professional communication documents.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with senior government officials and contractors.

Proficient in use of computers, computer peripherals, and the use of various word-processing software including the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

Travel Requirements up to 25%.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Previous experience working with FMS Operations, Policy, and Security.
