Looking for innovative teachers familiar with using a blended creative approach to instruction. Small student to teacher classroom with students that might have ADHD, Aspergers, Dyslexia, or might be academically behind, need remediation or just need a smaller learning environment with more one on one attention. Must be able to collaborate with other team members while being able to follow leadership understanding that results and productivity as a teacher is a must. Must believe that every learner can learn, should lean and if they are not learning it is the teacher's responsibility to find a way that the scholar can learn. School uses successful practices and not just best practices believing every teacher must seek to make every student a success story.
