Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
Maintain a professional demeanor while utilizing phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
Skills:
Competence in typing and data entry for accurate record keeping.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in outbound calling techniques.
Excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers.
Proven customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour - pay based on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
