Description We are in search of a proficient Customer Service Representative to operate near the HARTSELLE, Alabama, area. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will primarily answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service in a call center setting.Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries and complaints
Communicating with customers via email and phone
Providing information about products and services
Processing orders and returns
Liaising with other departments including manufacturing and sales
Ensuring the manufacturing process aligns with orders and customers' requirements
Documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM software
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office equipment.
