We are a construction company located in Alabama. We are look for the right subcontractors to take on. We do new builds, renovations, additions, basement remodels and more. We are looking for crews of subcontractors that are able to take on FULL SCOPES of work (Framing and general carpentry, Painting, Flooring, bathrooms, ALL or most handyman projects, drywall, basic electrical,etc).
If you are able to take on full scopes of work there is potential to grow with our company.
You must have exceptional management of your crew and good communication. When we work on projects we require pictures throughout the project from start to finish. The more updates our customers have the happier they are.
Requirements for you:
-Must be insured (General Liability or more)
-Properly licensed if you are in a mechanical trade.
-Must provide 4 work references from prior jobs that you have completed. This includes your prior customers contact information, and photos of work completed.
-Must be able to communicate clearly.
If you are not able to take on full scopes of work this position is not for you. We are looking for a versatile crews that can handle whole projects.
