Cell tower grounds tech

The towers are located in Kentucky. You will have to travel .Looking for someone who likes working outside maintaining cell tower grounds and weed control. Prefer someone experienced in cell towers however if your mature and have experience in landscaping preferably someone who has leadership abilities and self-disciplined you can succeed in this position. You have to have a DEPENDABLE four wheel drive truck, 16 foot utility trailer, weed eater, chain saw for small trees , lawn mower riding or zero turn, hand tools, back pack sprayer, four wheeler with 26 gallon boom sprayer mounted on back IS NOT REQUIRED but makes it faster, 2-3- 55 gallon drums with a 150 foot rubber hose and a hose reel and a 2.5 gpm 12 volt pump OR A skid sprayer to spray the compounds with a herbicide. There are 300 towers that has to be visited twice yearly , first visit is March April and May in which you have to spray chemicals completed by the end of May. The second visit starts in July, August and September this is the cutting season where you have to mow if needed and spot sprayed if needed. Pay is 45 dollars a tower and 10 to 15 can be achieved daily. A total of 600 visits. Certain apps have to be downloaded and photos taken and uploaded with a word doc check list attached . This is how you get paid. If photos not taken or uploaded properly you don't get paid. so, it's crucial this is done properly before you leave each site. 600x 45 is 27000.00 you can complete them asap during the 3 months the sooner the better. You will need to get your herbicide license from Kentucky. You can work under mine starting out. there will be 2-4 days of training of training with me before you start no pay during training. You have to be very tech savvy on a phone you will be loading photos on your phone with an app. you have to be familiar with Microsoft word and upload a check list with every site. It takes about 2- minutes. My experience with most people gives up after a week. There is a learning curve to everything. Paid every Wednesday. You have to complete your photo uploads daily. There reviewed and approved each Friday. You may only get 5 a day the first week but you continue to progress. You will be a independent contractor and receive a 1099 at end of year.
