Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Senior Aviation Military Analyst (Electromagnetic and Cyber Security) Background: Participation as a direct team member in an Army Aviation Capability Based Assessment (CBA) for supporting fixed wing aircraft. Must be capable of independent work based on broad senior level guidance to produce completed white papers, concept papers, requirements documents, operational views, and other written products as required within the scope of the task order. Must be able to review and edit products to ensure they are written at the graduate level prior to delivery to the government with only minor edits required by the government. Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have been rated as an Army Aviator, Army UAS Operator, or Army aviation maintenance specialist.
Must have a complete working knowledge/understanding of Army Aviation operations and employment.
Experience with JCIDS Process, CONOPS Development, CBA Process, and a thorough understanding of the Army and Joint Concepts, especially the Army Concept Framework.
Former or current Rated Army Aviator with at least fifteen (15) years of Aviation flight/combat operations.
Five years' experience working in capability management/combat developments.
Experience as a Standardization Instructor Pilot (SIP) in Army organizations responsible for training and implementation of electromagnetic and cyber protection measures for Army Aviation aircraft fitted with Aviation Survivability equipment (ASE).
Process in-depth knowledge of training, implementing, and analyzing electromagnetic and cyber threat to Army Aviation platforms.
Experience authoring a Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved JCIDS document.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as tactical operations officer (TACOPS), special electronic mission aircraft (SEMA), or electronic warfare officer.
Experience in planning, executing, and facilitating Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies and/or operational test events with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies.
Security Clearance:
Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required within 90 days of hire.
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours 0900 to 1430 or as established by the RA. The facility is closed during local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
Place of Performance: The primary work location will be Fort Novosel, AL.
Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.
