We have a robust training program for those without equipment experience.Work Schedule2nd Shift Hours: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday thru Friday.Overtime is required as scheduled. 2nd Shift - Starting to Pay $18.00 plus $1.50 shift differential
Monthly Incentive Program - Eligible for up to $5.50 extra per direct hour for high performance

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours.
Equipment experience preferred, but not required.
Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Pre-employment background check & drug screen are required.
Responsibilities:
Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, per OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures.
Accurately pick product quantities or store products in assigned locations.
Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units/scanners.
Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas.
Accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets.
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
Perform all job duties per OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered correctly.
Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or on hold liaising with other departments.
Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned.
