If you have medical experience as a medical assistant, paramedic/EMT, nurse, and are looking for a low-key steady job either part to full time, we are seeking someone to field incoming telephone calls from our nationwide patients. You would work directly under our MD and Board Certified Urologist from our patient support-center in Slocomb, AL, not far from Dothan. This is an exciting low-stress position helping our patients adjust their medication, properly use our medical device, answer questions and otherwise offer medical support as needed. You would be trained and supported by our licensed Physicians. You absolutely must be a high-energy person with an extremely positive attitude and super-friendly telephone personality and very easy to understand. You must be a great listener and very patient and understanding with the older boomer and senior demographic.
